Meh ... I had high hopes for these cups. They fit nicely in my car’s cup holders and while my coffee doesn’t taste like stainless steel it doesn’t sY hot any where even close 3 hours. The temperature starts dropping immediately and it’s down to room temperature within a couple hours tops ... so not even warm after 2 hours, let alone hot.
Also, they are VERRRRY slow about shipping ... half of the order I placed in Nov 28 shipped on January 6 and only after I contacted CS four times.
And if you’re not happy they don’t let you return the cups. So don’t buy unless you are really sure you want to spend $40 for an 8 oz cup that keeps your coffee hot maybe 30 minutes longer than all the other mugs you already have in your cupboard.

I was kind of skeptical when I ordered, I was pleasantly surprised. It does exactly what it says it will!!!! It keeps my coffee hot until I can finish drinking it. I even timed it. It does reach the 3 hours promised. My only complaint? It doesn't come in a larger than12 oz size.

DO NOT PURCHASE! Buyer beware!!!!! I ordered 2 cups and received them on December 05, 2020. Upon opening the package the lid was cracked in multiple places. I have sent 4 emails, Facebook Messenger messages and commented on posts. Still nothing. They only want your money for their overpriced cups and once they have it they don’t care about you. The cups are worth the price tag.

I couldn't be more happy with this thing of awesomeness. I got the small one in black, its size is ideal to hold it and have it in my car and it's perfect for a double americano. It keeps it hot way longer than I need.
I used to throw my coffee when it was getting cold and get or make a new one, so this was a perfect solution.
I have it for about a month now and I can't drink coffee in another mug now :)

It took me a while to decide to get my first Sttoke cup, and my only regret is I didn't take the plunge sooner! I love it, it's sleek and stylish, and highly functional. I use it multiple times a day! I ended up purchasing a second one for my wife and she loves it too. Highly recommended, they're appearing more and more within my office just from my own purchase!

Would be a5 star review if the ceramic coating extended a bit lower on the OUTSIDE. Having to drink from the transition zone diminishes the experience.

The Cup is Well Designed and well made, However, I have 2 Suggestions to make it better. @ least to people here in the US. The Ceramic Coating should carry over lip on the Outside, About 1/2" down from the top. The cup needs to be able to hold a proper 16 oz. 8 & 12 oz is okay, but I and most of the folks I know Drink Grande & Venti size Coffee (Starbucks Terms)

Fire Station Sttoke mug update part 2
I have been using my Stooke mug on the station now for several months and it’s had a rather eventful life.
I’ve learnt a important life lesson in that, good intentions aren’t always the best intentions.
A firefighter offered to make me a cup of coffee this week, I gratefully accepted and handed him my Sttoke mug. This in its self shouldn’t be a hazardous task and relatively low risk so I thought it would be ok to hand it over. I didn’t realise was the guy making it was going to make the coffee with hot milk in it. They decided the best way of making it was to put my Sttoke mug in the microwave with the milk in it!!!!!!
I only found this out when he handed me the mug and I thought the due wall insulation had failed due to the mud feeling quite hot at the bottom. Not to seem ungrateful I asked him how he had made the coffee and that’s when he told me it had been in the microwave. My heart sank, I thought that the mugs life had come to an end and expected the inside and outside to be crazed. On inspection there was no signs of damage (phew)
It has also survived a few knock overs and drops which it has taken in it's stride.
Would I recommend it?
100% yes, it ticks all the boxes. It’s great for tea and coffee with a good hand feel and no plastic or metal taste transfer that you get with other travel mugs. You can use it in the car and when you are off station, it's great.
I will do a further review to see if it has longevity and will post a review in a few months time.

STTOKE! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CUP I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! I use it for both gong fu tea and espresso coffee. It fits in my brief case with no problem and in my back pack easily. The lid is the best in the industry in my opinion. The ceramic allows for perfect taste. No metallic taste interference at all. It ckwahs easily and well. Most of all it fits every where with easy. My car my desk at work. My briefcase and back pack. It keeps everything at a great hot temp and it is undestructible. I bought the 8oz. Perfect size for A double espresso and milk. Or one brewing of my Taiwanese Tea which I drink daily multiple times a day. STTOKES IS THE BEST

I love the cup itself, though I do wish you had a 16 or even 20 ounce size since I drink a lot of cold brew in the summer. The lid, however, I'm not a huge fan of. Once the slider gets wet, it slides very easily and seems to vent badly during drinking. It's a lid, though. Something I'm sure I can buy again at a later date. I enjoy the cup enough to stick around for a future design.

Will the Sttoke cup survive on a Fire station?
To start with I’d like to thank all the team at Sttoke for their help and their first class customer focus.
I work on a Fire Station and as you can imagine I like a nice cup of coffee or tea. In the past I have had many different cups but due to fire fighters not having the most delicate of touch, most cups have been destroyed or have gone missing in action believed to be deceased. A typical cup has station life of about 4 months if you are lucky.
I have tried all different styles of cups including stainless steel ones, which leaves a metallic taste to your beverage, a plastic cup which again leaves a plastic taste to your tea or coffee and a bamboo one which although is environmentally friendly it just does not give that neutral taste or smell you want from a cup.
So this is where the Sttoke cup comes in to play or at least I hope.
My initial finding is one of delight, the cup has a great feel and a great look to it. You can feel the quality in it and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into its design.
My preferred drink at work is coffee and to be honest I’ve turned into a bit of a coffee snob, I have all the tools of the coffee trade including coffee bean grinder, scales, aero press, Presso espresso maker and coffee that was roasted no more that 2 weeks ago etc.
On with review, the cup kept the coffee to a good temperature throughout the drink and there was zero taste transfer from the cup itself so I was able to get an uninterrupted coffee taste. It has a good weight and hand feel to it and very is comfortable on the mouth. I’ve had cups in the past that haven’t been finished properly and have rough edges. The nonslip base give you confidence when putting it down, so far I can honestly say it’s one of the best cups I have owned.
The only question left to answer is “will it survive life on the station?”
I will post a further review on the longevity of the cup...............stay tuned

Loved the idea, i really hate steel taste, so this cup is ideal for me. I would love if you guys can come up with something better for the lid. If ithas to be plastic or rubber, i feel that you can still do better in terms of spell proof and coffee flow. Still very happy with my purchase, as i tend to drink the coffee without the lid.

I was really tired of stainless steel lined bottles/cups. Not sure why but I think the water or what ever drink I have in it tastes funny. But I love everything about this travel cup. The color, the size, the fit in my hand, and most of all it doesn’t make drinks taste funny. Keeps your drinks as you want them! Going to be ordering another one soon!

I love Sttoke cups so much ♥ i have the black and white ones. My husband went to one of the participating cafe retailers to buy my white one and asked about the free carry pouch promo which is currently running til the end of May. Unfortunately the retailer claimed to know nothing about the promo. As a result my husband almost didn't buy the cup. I got in touch with Sttoke's customer service via Instagram and they were prompt with their response and offer to post out a pouch to me asap. I lodged the enquiry on Thursday and by Monday the next week I had received my pouch! With such amazing customer service and stellar products, I am happy to support a great Australian product!

This is the best cup I’ve ever owned....hands down. Previous frustrations with other cups have been around the coffee tasting like plastic/silicone, not staying hot, spilling if knocked and burning my hand on the glass. This cup solved all of those issues. It’s well constructed, easy to hold/drink out of and the coffee tastes like it should. Also, I’ve knocked a full cup over several times and never had any coffee leak. Last, you know you have a good cup when the barista comments on it Don’t hesitate in buying this cup!

Impressed with the customer service! I reached out to see if I could purchase a replacement lid for my cup but was instead offered a free replacement lid (when they didn't need to do so). All the emails responses from Natasha of the Warranty Team were quick and she was really helpful, patiently answering my questions. The cup was a gift to my sister and she uses it daily and loves it. I love my Sttoke cup because of its amazing design and heat retention. It fits well in my hands and is non slip. My coffee is warm for hours. I have had other cups such as Keep cups, Frank Green and they don't retain my coffee temperature to the level that the Sttoke does even with their double walled design. The Sttoke cup is light yet durable and it's unique. I can't wait for them to make a 12oz size. Their lip design could be better improved so the lid does not have to sit inside the cup and cause us to loose some coffee volume. it could be designed to be arched like other cups so it's not affected by the coffee froth and Cremer. Overall so far it's the best Enviro coffee cup around for its price.

My beautiful sttoke cup went through the ultimate test for the "unbreakable" keep cup. As I wrangled my toddler into the car, I put my very much needed coffee on top of the car....and yes, promptly forgot.... drove around 3 or 4 corners, looked in my rear view mirror to see my beloved Sttoke cup flying off the back of the car. My heart stopped......I had been notorious for breaking my “keep cups”, which was not only costing me a bomb, it certainly wasn’t doing the environment any favours.
Amazingly this cup survived flying off the back of my car and bouncing multiple times across the road. As I saw it bounce AND survive I thought there is no way I am leaving it on the road….so I pulled over, left my toddler in the car and risked my life to dash in front cars to grab my cup. Relief! I got it and it wasn't broken.
So it stood the ultimate test. It is not only durable, but it is really nice to drink out of....and it looks good!

I love my Sttoke cup! It’s so nice to drink from. It’s perfect when switching between tea and coffee, because it doesn’t retain any odour, and it keeps my drink hot. When my cup arrived, the slider on the lid was faulty. I contacted customer service, they responded almost immediately, and have sent out a replacement with no issue. My favourite coffee cup yet. You discover the function behind it's form as you use it. the rubberized base makes it so it's silent when i put my Sttoke down on the table. The convex on the inside of the base makes it so that i can easily get to the last drops of coffee. The size of the cup fits almost every espresso machine. The shape ensures it sits snug in my car cup holder. The orders are prompt and delivered fast here in Singapore.
