A finer grind gives:

- Flavour: More Intense
A coarser grind makes:
- Texture: Kosher Salt
- Colour: Lighter Brew
- Brew Time: Shorter @ 2m40s
- Flavour: Less Intense
Finer grind increases contact time with water, however; over-extraction may happen when your grind size is too fine.
